We really can’t blame the Kardashians if they can’t get enough of infinity pools, can we? The sight of infinity pools can make us see how beautifully a man made pool connects to something much bigger that is God-made —may it be sea, sky or mountain top. And so, the continuous search for the best viewing infinity pool has been a thing. Well, Philippines couldn’t be the last to be known for this. 140 km south of Manila is the infinity pool of Acuatico Beach Resort in Laiya, Batangas.

ts excellent guest service and great food. They highly value the privacy and exclusivity of the resort and the personalised service of the staff. No wonder why they keep on topping as Trip Advisor’s Traveler’s Choice Awards.
Accommodation
Inspired by Balinese design, the resort has 21 rooms of 2-3 bedrooms, some are located beachfront. There are 8 room types, kindly see unique accommodations of each room type, here. Rooms include much for a luxury resort, and mentioning here are the things I care about — flat screen TVs, coffee & tea facilities, complimentary water, fruits (wow), hair blower, and bath tub. Rooms ranging from P6,000 for 2. Check out for their prices here.
Acua Bar
The resort is also known for its Acua Bar, the famous floating pool bar. It offers cocktails, wines and spirits. If you wanna drink without tripping off the pool they offer non-alcoholic drinks and bar chow items. Acua Bar is open from 9am until 12mn.
Oceano Restaurant
Another Acuatico’s pride is the Oceano Restaurant. It is a buffet restaurant so as usual –there’s so much expectations, from the range of food selections up to the food service. The restaurant serves mostly Filipino dishes. Some may reviewed the restaurant as having few selections but me being a fan of Filipino dishes enjoyed the food so much like, grilled tuna, adobo, caldereta and bulalo. Like I could taste freshness in every bite. And as always, hands down to their service.
